STAFF: Good morning, FitZone Gym. How can I help?

CALLER: Hi, I'd like to join the gym. My name is Sarah Mitchell.

STAFF: Thank you, Sarah. And which branch would you prefer?

CALLER: The Riverside branch on King Street, please.

STAFF: Perfect. Our standard membership is forty-five pounds per month. There is also a joining fee this month of twenty pounds.

CALLER: Does the monthly fee include the classes?

STAFF: Yes, all group classes are included. Personal training is extra · that's thirty pounds per session.

CALLER: All right. I'd like to start my membership on the fifteenth of March.

STAFF: No problem. Just so you know, our opening hours are six a.m. to ten p.m. on weekdays.

GUIDE: Welcome, everyone, to this short guide to the Harbourside Festival. There are a few important changes this year, so please listen carefully. First, the opening parade. In previous years it took place on Sunday, but this year it will start at noon on Saturday. Second, there are free workshops for children in the Arts Tent · not on the main stage · and they run from two until five p.m. on both days. For parking, please use the North Car Park; the South Car Park is reserved for performers only. And finally, on Sunday evening there will be a fireworks display at nine-thirty, weather permitting.
